Briefly describe your career in tech so far..
I have worked in IT for 13 years and counting. I’m a Certified Microsoft and Acronis Support Specialist and I have mostly worked with Managed Services Providers (MSPs) with service coverage internationally.
What are you most proud of in your career so far?
What I am most proud of is the fact that I had very little knowledge in the field and joined without any formal qualification but made it to where I am – so I would say fairly humble beginnings. Over the years I have worked hard to accumulate knowledge and experience and educated myself to gradually grow to be where I am today
What’s your role at USEZER and what do you like about your role?
At USEZER I am currently in charge of all Escalations of Level 3 work and project work. I enjoy working on technical issues and generating positive outcomes for clients by resolving issues and delivering effective solutions
What motivated you to join USEZER?
The fact that I had the opportunity to be the first employee of the company and at the start of it all. The motivation was to help build and shape an IT company with strong values and excellent services.
In your opinion, what makes USEZER different from other MSPs and tech companies?
Teamwork and the collaborative culture we have makes it a special place to work at and also is a defining factor when offering value to clients.
What new skills have you developed after joining USEZER?
Since joining USEZER I have gained many technical skills and competencies.
Tell us about a technology that you think will define the future and change the way people work or live
AI and Automation. AI is a technology that will soon be at the center of everything and we will see process automation take over.
How would you describe a ‘good day’ at work?
Good solid 8-hour IT technical workday with no nonsense 😀
What do you like to do when you have some extra time on your hands?
I like to spend time researching, learning new tech skills and absorbing knowledge that will help me gain new perspective and build my career in tech.

Choose the right people and make right decisions.
