Briefly describe your career in tech so far..

A highly accomplished and solution-oriented professional with 18 years of extensive experience in leading technical teams with a proven track record in consolidation and migration projects, designing and configuring environments, automation of high-performance, high-availability and failover clustering of fault tolerant distributed systems. Highly expertized in performing risk and vulnerability assessments.

Adept at handling challenging issues while building consensus to improve systems and services and has a reputation for improving processes and efficiency. Very system driven and possesses the talent to quickly master new systems. A detail-oriented professional with a professional attitude, problem-solving and relationship-building skills and the ability to perform well in a team.

What are you most proud of in your career so far?

The relationships built with various professionals from different industries over 18 years. May it be colleagues from same or different departments or clients, the recognition that is created through relationships is what makes us stronger and feel valued.

What’s your role at USEZER and what do you like about your role?

While acting as a Level-3 escalation point to the Service Desk team I have also been designing, scoping, implementing and documenting Cloud & Infrastructure related projects. I love the autonomy given to me which allows me to apply my creativity on the projects that I work on.

What motivated you to join USEZER?

Organization culture, management style, flexibility and the ability to work from home which allows me to stay more closer to my family and travel.

In your opinion, what makes USEZER different from other MSPs and tech companies?

The friendly and cohesive culture among the management and staff and no office-politics. All employees are treated as same where we are also being empowered with lots of opportunities to develop

What new skills have you developed after joining USEZER?

I got the opportunity improve my project management skills

Tell us about a technology that you think will define the future and change the way people work or live

It will all start with Augmented Reality, where AR will play a major part in our lives in near future. This will eventually pave the way to life in a Matrix with the rapid development of AI and Neuralink.

How would you describe a ‘good day’ at work?

Seeing the happy faces of stakeholders on a completed job/task.

What do you like to do when you have some extra time on your hands?

Skill/update myself up with more knowledge on rapidly changing technology.

What piece of advice would you give to your younger self?

You are doing alright when it comes to your career, stick to what you are doing. Just travel bit more
