Briefly describe your career so far..

A results-oriented, extremely focused and passionate professional with over 10 years of experience in Hospitality and IT sectors, with extensive experience in Client Relationship, Operations and Service Desk Management. I am currently reading for my MBA to further improve and expand my expertise.

What are you most proud of in your career so far?

No journey in life is easy. I am extremely proud of where I have reached at USEZER and the recognition I have gained, rising through the ranks.

What’s your role at USEZER and what do you like about your role?

I currently work as the Service Desk Manager. I enjoy leading a team of incredibly talented and hardworking engineers, sharing my knowledge with them in order to deliver an unmatchable service of the highest standard to all our clients.

What motivated you to join USEZER?

Apart from friendly and flexible culture of the organisation and the opportunity to work from home, I felt that my skillset and experience could be best made use of as well as improved working for USEZER.

Tell us about how you approach creating value for USEZER clients..

We constantly engage with our clients, getting their feedback on our services and see how we could further improve our standards. With USEZER being a client oriented organisation, creating value for our clients is of utmost importance and we consider it our duty to provide all our clients with a positive experience.

What new skills have you developed after joining USEZER?

Improved my management and technical skills.

How would you describe a ‘good day’ at work?

A day that all clients are happy with our services. Any bad day can be turned around to a good one with one happy client.

What do you like to do when you have some extra time on your hands?

Head out of home and travel around whenever there is free time.

What piece of advice would you give to your younger self?

Stick to a plan, focus on the target in mind and take any negatives in as motivation factors.
